I worked with Carson who seemed to be spread thin, had to wait a lot, had to visit 4 times before I could finally buy my car. First, he brought the wrong car over, Activ vs LT. Then when he did finally get the right car there, he was too busy to talk with me so I test drove it and then went home after waiting a half hour. Had to come back the next day to finish the deal.

Michael and Bailey took great care of me at the service desk, and Ryan, the technician, did a great job explaining his diagnosing process!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Treated us very good!!

The last two times that I had my tires rotated; they forgot to change the tire pressure for the new spot the tires were in.

Kevin was phenomenal to work with. No games or BS that I was finding at the larger dealership chains.

Friendly and on time

When we picked up vehicle the check engine light was on. Took a long time to get fixed before they set it out. Then did fix check engine light and now 3 days later it is back on so will have to call them again

Professional and quick

We were at the dealership for 3 hours getting all the paperwork done. Later in the day the salesman came to the house to get another paper for veteran benefits.

Kevin Little was outstanding to work with. He went out of his way to help out and make sure everything went as smooth as possible.

The staff put four new tire sensors in our 2016 Buick Enclave. It took a little longer than estimated, but I had no other commitments that afternoon. The price quoted was the price on the bill. I asked for one of the old sensors, curious to see what they looked like. They gave me all four!

Everyone was friendly and my appointment went as expected. The only thing that was concerning was after my oil change, there was some oil residue on the center console. My vehicle only has about 8000 miles on it so keeping it nice is important to me.

When they were done with the oil change , they gave me the paper to sign and a car wash coupon and sent me on my way. they did not bother to explain what they did or checked and that they had rotated my tires and needed to come back to have the lug nuts tightened. this is the first time they have not talked to me about the service i got and I did not appreciate that someone in the past has explained to me what they did and asked if i had any questions. Their communication was not great this time.

Gave me a goood deal on new differnt tires

there's a hole in my car that mustard gets in and evidently freezes up. This hose has to be cleaned out. I've had it done twice now. I was told it was a design flaw. GM needs to figure out what's going on and fix the problem.I don't live in Pella and it's a pain to have to go back each time. This happens in the engine light comes on.

I love Darren. He is one of the main reasons we bought another vehicle there. He comes across as very genuine/honest/integrity. I do appreciate that we have been able to get a loaner vehicle. I do appreciate the time an effort that has been put into this vehicle to get it running. I am just very concerned that we will have continued problems with this truck after the warranty period. its been about 2 to 1 on time at home and time in the shop. I get it - anything mechanical can fail. Hopefully we got through all of the bugs on this one. Again - thank you Darren. He was great about communicating to me daily on the progress and what was going on and what they tried.

Sensor was replaced and car serviced. All covered my GM.
